What is the Process for Repairs?

1. Please select a repair option from the "Make an Appointment" Page.

2. Fill out the information and book a time to bring your equipment to the shop from the available times.

3. We will look over your equipment and assess the repair needs of your equipment.

4. We will contact you with initial quotes as well as updates about the progress of the repair.

5. When the repair is finished, we will contact you with the final cost before you pick up and pay for the repair during business hours.

How Long Will My Repair Take?

Repair time depends on the piece of equipment and the scope of the repair.

Simple repairs and procedures such as guitar setups can be done within one day while more involved repairs such as synthesizer restoration and amplifier repair can take up to a few weeks.

Once we receive your equipment and begin repairs we will contact you with an estimated time table and let you know if there are any changes to repair time.

Can I Expedite the Repair or Specify When I Need The Repair Finished?

We offer no guarantees for when a repair will be finished, but we will try our best to accommodate requests.

Expedited repairs may be subject to an additional fee.

Do You Offer Emergency Repairs?

Emergency repairs will be assesed on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What Are Your Repair Fees?

Repair costs will vary based on the needs of the equipment being repaired. We will provide an estimate to you once the equipment has been assesed and diagnosed.

Can I Ship My Equipment To You?

Yes! We accept repairs from anywhere, please reach out in advance with all of your info before shipping and provide us with the shipping information.

Do You Offer In-House Repairs or Travel to Make Repairs?

I am able to travel to make repairs on a case by case basis. I can offer in-house repairs for large pieces of equipment and custom installations.

Please contact me with your needs and we can work out the details.

In house-repairs are subject to additional fees.

Is There Parking at Your Shop?

There is no dedicated parking for the shop. There is a large paid lot very close though.

What Happens if You Cannot Repair My Equipment?

Some equipment may just be too expensive or difficult to repair. If we have already begun work on the item, we will offer a full refund of any money paid and return the item to you.

Do You Require a Deposit for Repairs?

Deposits are required for equipment that will require more than 10,000 yen in parts for the repair.

We will reach out in the event of a required deposit before beginning the repair.
